Last year while I studied 3D animation, the teacher asked us to make an animation no less than one minute. The animation is consisted of models, materials, textures, light, camera, etc. At the time I had to handle all of them by myself, even something I was not familiar with. Finally I made a two and a half minutes animation, but it took me two and a half months. From then, I really hope that I need a work team when I make it next time.

Why to have a team? That's because human is not perfect. Everyone has their special abilities that some others can't. So, a team is to gather the people from many fields so that we can get things better, and spare more time. But there are also some disadvantages to be a team. In the team, we gather the abilities, but we have to make it useful. To know what we really want to do, we have to spend time to communicate. There is another point, the efficiency. To make the team efficient, there should be a good leader to manage the team. If the team gets bigger or becomes a company, there should be a system to control the members. Sometimes it looks troublesome, but in my experience, this is much better than do with oneself.

In this quarter, I would like to try to have a teamwork and know the terms of a good team. I like to create, so I would like to study how to make the content attractive, too. I think this will do help with my work in the future.
